Functions Thomson iPSC factors (mOct4, mSox2, mNanog and mLin28) expressed from a single CMV promoter in a single adenoviral vector. All four factors are linked by protein 2A sequence which allows similar levels of transgene expression of four factors in target cells, thus streamlining iPSC reprogramming. A GFP control adenovirus is included for easy tracking of gene transduction efficiency.

Shipping High titer adenoviruses are shipped with dry ice and low titer adenoviruses are shipped with ice packs. For long term storage, it is recommended to store the viruses at -80°C in small aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
