C. Clonal Selection and Screening KI Confirmation by PCR or Sequencing		7-10 weeks
D. Clonal expansion and cryopreservation	Genetically Engineered Cell Line (at least 1 clone, 2 vials per clone) and Custom Report	1-2 weeks
