Description OneScribe T7 Transcription kit is a complete reagent kit designed for in vitro transcription of RNA utilizing T7 RNA Polymerase. This kit can synthesize RNA transcripts in high yield including unlabelled, labelled, specific activity RNA, or capped RNA suitable for variety of application such as in vitro translation, antisense studies, and RNA-binding protein studies.
Application • Synthesis of RNA transcripts for hybridization probes
• Synthesis of RNA for in vitro translation
• Synthesis of biologically active RNA like mRNA or lncRNA
• Generate large amounts of labelled or non-labelled RNA

Storage Store all components at -20°C.
Notes T7 RNA Polymerase has high specificity for the T7 phage promoter and will not recognize SP6 or T3 RNA Polymerase promoter sequences.
